Shipping charges
Shipping is free for all items over €300.
Shipping charges for orders under €300 will be added to your order at checkout Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout.
Orders within the Netherlands €8,60 (signed for and insured, delivery next day)
International orders 12,00 (signed for and insured, delivery depending on your country

Ordering Information
Most Items are made to order. All orders are normally dispatched within 5-7 working days. Larger pieces or special commissions can take longer.

If you require an item for a specific date please contact me before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. I will do my best to meet any deadlines.
If you are ordering a product made to size please provide the details with a clear indication which measuring system you support. Inches or cm for necklaces or bracelets, ringsizes European, UK or US. You can also request whether you wish to have the item oxidized (blackened silver) here as well. If in doubt, please contact me.
For jewelry please mention the #code indicated under the description.

Cancelation and Returns
Due to the nature of my business all orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours if you no longer want to proceed or if you want change your purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase I am happy to adjust or exchange your item.
If this is the case please notify me and return your item within 14 days of receipt. Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition.
Exchanges are offered at my sole discretion. Exchange is not possible when the item is custom made or personalised. Items are returned at the buyer’s own risk. It is recommend that you use a Special Delivery service to ensure it against loss or damage.

Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or if any error is made on my part of the order. Please e-mail me with a description or picture of what is wrong and I will arrange the repair. For repairs due to negligent handling I will be happy to provide a repair quote.

Images are not to scale so please refer to the approximate dimensions given for each piece. A lot of my work is handcrafted, so small differences in shape may occur.
